Our Individual & Family Grief Support Groups
Take Place ONLINE Via Zoom Video-Conferencing.
Our Organizational Grief Support Group Events
take place in person at your desired location.
Our support groups offer opportunities that promote hope, help, wellness and healthy living with grief. During support group, we often have guest speakers with loss experiences, allow you to participate in healthy grief processing activities, while having time to share for those who wish.
During our support services you'll hear firsthand from suicide loss survivors with similar experiences such as yours as well as hearing from those with lived experiences who've personally struggled with suicide and mental health conditions. At times our guest speakers will include those whose experiences happened decades ago, in addition to those more recent and the differences between then and now. Knowing what helps (and what doesn't) is a vital part for each of us individually in order to be able to navigate our journey as a suicide loss survivor in the world today.
There is great importance in being connected to others in order to find peace and healing after suicide loss.
Hearing from the perspective of others, being engaged in activities that promote wellness and HOPE, links us together and makes us feel less alone.
(We often have a GOOD time together, we've already been through enough hard stuff.)
Getting yourself to attend will be the most difficult task, but we know you've endured things much, much harder.
Our time together is helpful, will be full of authentic conversations to help you in the days ahead.
Our hope for you is to increase your support connections in your journey as a survivor of suicide loss.
